June — Support
June is a period tracker, ovulation calendar and cycle forecast. If something isn't working or you have a question, the answers below cover most of it.

Your data
Everything you log lives in a database on your phone. If you're signed in (June offers Sign in with Apple after purchase), your cycle history is also backed up privately to your account, so a new phone gets everything back. It is never sold, never shared, and never used for ads — and your Ask June conversations never leave your phone.
- Export it: Settings → Export my data.
- Turn off backup: in Settings, any time. Your data then stays on your phone only.
- Delete it: Settings → Delete everything erases your data from your phone and from your backup. You can also delete just the server copy (Settings → Delete server copy) or your whole account (Settings → Delete my account). All are immediate and permanent.
- Switching phones: sign in with the same Apple ID on your new phone and your history and subscription come back. If you never signed in, your data lives only on the old phone — export first, and keep the file.
Subscriptions and billing
- Cancel: iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → June → Cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Restore a purchase: open June and tap Restore on the subscription screen, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
- Refunds: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you hit trouble, email us and we'll help.
Predictions
- June predicts your next period as an honest range, not a single fake-precise date. The range narrows as you log more cycles.
- Irregular cycles are supported, and the forecast widens its range rather than pretending to certainty.
- June is informational. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and must not be used for contraception.
Notifications
Reminders and the daily line are generated on your device from your own data. Turn them off in Settings → Notifications, inside June or in iPhone Settings.
