June Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the June app, published by Iconic Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By using June you agree to them. If you downloaded June from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms govern to the extent permitted.
What June is — and is not
June is a period tracker and cycle forecast. It provides informational predictions based on the dates and details you log.
June is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, its forecasts can be wrong, and it must not be used for contraception or to plan or avoid pregnancy. Always talk to a healthcare professional about medical concerns.
Subscriptions
- June is paid by subscription, billed through your Apple account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel any time: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → June. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your cycle data is stored on your device, not on our servers. What little does leave your device, and why, is described in full in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services (including Ask June), and don't use them in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend service to protect the app or other users.
Disclaimers and liability
June is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim connected to June is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with its effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use June after a change means you accept the updated terms.
